Mosaic Foods — Bundle Strategy & E-Commerce UX
Dan partnered with Mosaic Foods' CMO to design and launch a 'Buy More, Save More' bundle offering — creating new user flows for both new and existing customers ahead of a major menu update.

The Challenge
Mosaic Foods wanted to introduce new product bundles and test user flows before a menu update — but the existing e-commerce experience wasn't built to support it. They needed a way to present new bundle options clearly, manage plan upgrades seamlessly, and give their internal marketing team enough flexibility to run tests independently.
Our Approach
Working directly with Mosaic's CMO and marketing team, Dan defined the user experience for the new bundle structure across both new and returning customer flows. He designed streamlined plan management screens with multiple entry paths — giving the internal team the flexibility to configure and test different routing strategies without engineering changes for each iteration.
The Outcome
Customers embraced the new bundle options, and the internal team has successfully iterated on the experience independently. The approach gave Mosaic both a better customer experience and the operational control to keep improving it.
