Beth Finkelstein

Executive Coach & Brand Development Lead

For over 20 years, Beth built her career in the social sector, rising to executive leadership at some of New York City's most respected nonprofit organizations. She served as Executive Vice President of the National Down Syndrome Society, Executive Director of the New York Center for Children, and Executive Director of Felicity House.

As a nonprofit leader, Beth learned quickly that the most important resource any organization has is its people. This belief drives her coaching practice — she works with clients in a way that maximizes their impact and performance, while also supporting their mental health, wellbeing, and happiness.

Beth earned her master's degree from Harvard University and her bachelor's degree from New York University. She holds a certification in executive coaching from Columbia University.

In addition to her work at SFC, Beth serves as a coach at Keep Company, providing group coaching for working caregivers, and as a Blended Care Mental Health Coach at Lyra Health.
